The National Portfolio Security Manager collaborates with the Director of Operations to oversee employees and operational activities at all locations associated with their assigned client portfolio. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to lead a security team in multiple locations, and have the ability to travel with the possibility of adding locations internationally. The ideal candidate must meet all the following requirements: Must have at least five (5) years of management experience as a security manager or director Must have at least six (6) months experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC/GSOC/RSOC) Must have experience and a record of success in mentoring other leaders Must have a high proficiency in the understanding and use of different technology platforms, programs or systems including but not limited to access control/badging systems, CCTV, etc. Must be able to work outside of business hours when the situation demands
