About The Position

Responsible for supporting the Podcast Sales team. This includes sales support for strategic podcast proposals, daily communication with sales organization, and overall support of podcast talent partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Media, Project Management or Marketing experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Solution oriented
  • Strong project and portfolio management skills
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize independently
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the Podcast Sales team.
  • This includes sales support for strategic podcast proposals, daily communication with sales organization, and overall support of podcast talent partnerships.
  • Act as tactical support to Podcast Sales leaders (i.e. distribute key communications , help build presentations, gather research, meeting prep)
  • Partner with podcast sellers to strategize, pitch and close business
  • Work with sales development on RFP requests
  • Work with digital account managers in post-sale to manage deal health and various marketing initiatives
