In this critical role, you will ensure accurate and compliant processing of multi-state hourly and semi-monthly payrolls for over 5,000 employees across the U.S. You'll collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to maintain financial integrity, tax compliance, and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in U.S. multi-state payroll processing (3+ years).
• Expertise in UKG Pro.
• Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical thinking.

Nice To Haves

• CPP or FPC certification (preferred).
• A collaborative spirit, high integrity, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and precise processing of multi-state hourly and semi-monthly payrolls for 5,000+ employees.
• Maintain adherence to federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations, reducing risk and ensuring legal integrity.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and general ledger reconciliations that contribute to accurate financial reporting.
• Provide responsive support for payroll inquiries, fostering trust and satisfaction among employees.
• Maintain data accuracy across platforms like UKG Pro, ADP, SAP, and Workday, ensuring seamless payroll and HR operations.
• Identify and implement enhancements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and internal control strength.
• Provide reliable payroll data and reporting to support audits, compliance reviews, and leadership initiatives.
