THE ROLE The Everpure National Partner Manager (NPM) position is a highly critical role in shaping the growth of Everpure's National Partners. This strategic role will drive our National Partner to a successful self-sufficient, autonomous state through go-to-market integration, technical and sales enablement, industry knowledge and meaningful collaboration. In this specific role, you will own and grow Everpure's partnership within SHI’s Inside Sales organization in Austin, Texas. This role drives revenue through in-person engagement, rep alignment, enablement, and hands on deal support.

Requirements

  • Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a National Partner or territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency
  • Strong cross-functional experience and excellent communication skills to drive consensus across groups, both internally and within the Channel/Partner organizations
  • Willingness to be present and engaged in the office
  • A comfort level with leading engaging Everpure trainings and enablement sessions, as well as supporting deals

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or Software Engineering preferred
  • Familiarity and working knowledge of Everpure (operational and product)
  • Experience supporting the Sales / Channels of enterprise storage, networking or systems solutions for a combination of large enterprise accounts

Responsibilities

  • Align Everpure's go-to-market strategy with that of the National Partner's to ensure growth is consistent with stated goals, and ensure long-term relationships with our most strategic Channel Partners
  • Act as the main point of contact between Everpure and SHI's Inside Sales organization, and assist with driving pipeline, sales qualification, and closing business through the ISO and Channel
  • Conduct regular sales training presentations and enablement sessions with partner technical and sales teams to ensure understanding and articulation of Everpure’s Value Proposition and Industry Leadership
  • Be present in the office and visible on the sales floor
  • Oversee relationship building activities and account mapping activities between Everpure's Sales organization and SHI's Inside Sales organization, and support reps with deals, pricing, deal registration, incumbency, and renewals
  • Support Paint It Orange and other partner initiatives
