Target Start Date: June 1, 2026 - August 14, 2026 (11-week program) Position Overview: As a member of the National Operations team, you will support over 920 US Retail Stores by assisting with process documentation, data analysis, and project coordination. This role offers hands-on experience in operational excellence, customer feedback analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will gain exposure to key business processes and contribute to initiatives that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. In this position, you will be a central part of our organization and will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams across the organization, such as Print & Marketing, Inventory & Planning, Merchandising, and the Staples Technology Team.

Requirements

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business operations management or a related field
Must be a rising junior, enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college credits
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
