National Manager, Patient and Provider Education
About The Position
Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 10 years in Life Sciences Marketing, Sales, or Field Clinical roles Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience, with a proven ability to develop and manage high-performing teams. Proven experience working in a matrixed organization, collaborating across multiple functions and levels. Experience driving patient awareness and education activities through local programs Experience executing provider awareness and outreach for innovative therapies Demonstrated success in building organizational structures and integrating KPIs into performance management. Strong cross-functional communication and influence skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to travel up to 50%. Strong preference for candidate to reside in the greater Marlborough, MA area. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution. Data-driven decision-making with an emphasis on measurable outcomes.
