Awesome pay! $28.00 an hour + Blue Cross Medical starting at $45.00 a month, dental, vision, 401(k) + company match $25.00 commissions per started lease Up to 15 hours of overtime per pay period typically Career Growth – Step into a high-impact role with long-term advancement opportunities Variety & Flexibility – 3 weeks on, 1 week off schedule. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in apartment leasing
• Ability to pass a soft credit review
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Yardi experience preferred
• Ideal candidate lives in the Kansas City, Missouri area

Responsibilities

• Support leasing teams at Monarch communities nationwide
• Welcome prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents
• Assist with leasing goals and occupancy performance
