About The Position

Provides incentive reporting and analysis for the Field Operations division. Assists in the implementation of national incentive programs. Acts as a reporting and communication liaison between the corporate office and the field organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • At least 4-6 years required
  • Strong knowledge in the use of Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) and familiarity with PerformX, Affinitive, and J.D. Power Information Network (PIN) Data.
  • Proficient in Qlik or Tableau or ability and desire to learn it.
  • Superior analytical skills.
  • High levels of motivation.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including ability to create PowerPoint presentations.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at once.
  • Knowledge of and interest to learn more about Subaru and U.S. automobile industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in working closely with the field organization and retailers.
  • Ability to work beyond the normal business day on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities

  • Creates and modifies incentive tracking and reporting tools to monitor program performance against goals to drive results using: Subaru's reporting system, Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI), Qlik, and other sources of information including S&P Global Incentives PerformX, J.D. Power, and Power Information Network (PIN) Data.
  • Independently analyzes and compiles incentive data into reports for use by Subaru of America (SOA) officers and directors, corporate staff, and the field organization to achieve business plans.
  • Works cross-functionally with Information Technology (IT), Accounting, One10, and our field organization to create, maintain, and administer program setup for retailer and retailer employee incentive programs within the PerformX system, ensuring accurate configuration, tracking, and payment execution.
  • Communicates, tracks, and troubleshoots issues with retailer performance metrics as they relate to key incentive programs such as the PINNACLE, Subaru Added Security (SAS) Finance & Insurance (F&I), Retailer Monthly Bonus (RMB) program, Summit, Cash Bash, Pleiades, Trade-Up Advantage (TUA), etc.
  • Identifies opportunities to minimize redundant processes in incentive processing and implement automation that will impact the productivity of the field organization.
  • Supports ad hoc company incentive data requests and reporting needs related to Competitive Industry Incentive Programs and Retailer Incentive Performance as it relates to vehicle sales, SAS, STARLINK, Foundations Certification, and TUA.
  • Assists Accounting in the verification of incentive standings to ensure that correct payments on all programs run through the PerformX system including Pinnacle, Love Encore, SAS F&I, Summit, TUA, and STARLINK.
  • Serves as primary liaison with field staff to address issues with respect to business processes or incentives with the appropriate Subaru of America (SOA) department.
  • Performs administrative tasks, such as diagnosing STARLINK retailer issues to develop, identify, and resolve issues related to billing and reporting.
  • Assists in mentoring interns during their one-year term.
  • Assists in preparing incentive presentations and training material for SOA training conferences.
