About The Position
NAC Architecture is seeking a National Healthcare Marketing Manager to lead our specialized healthcare practice. This role is pivotal in creating a new model for the delivery of next-generation healthcare advisory, programming, planning, and design services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the national healthcare marketing efforts, ensuring that our marketing strategies align with our vision and goals. The National Healthcare Marketing Manager will work closely with the Health Practice Leadership to develop and assemble standard marketing materials that support business development pursuits. This position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about healthcare marketing and enjoys collaborating with others to forge new ventures and pursue innovation and excellence. In this role, you will participate in both local and national meetings related to client engagement, marketing, and business development. You will support the development of the annual healthcare marketing plan and coordinate monthly business development pipeline and client engagement reports for presentations to the Health Practice and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Additionally, you will work with the client engagement team to maintain and update client engagement plans for active and prospective clients, ensuring that our marketing efforts are strategic and effective. The National Healthcare Marketing Manager will also engage in the development of marketing collaterals, responses to RFI/RFQ/RFP, and proposal development. You will implement marketing brand standards for the Health Practice and develop training programs for stakeholders to ensure adherence to these standards. Your role will involve increasing the visibility of our firm’s intelligence and thought leadership in relevant healthcare industry venues, both print and electronic. You will oversee and refine proposal production, ensuring that all materials meet the highest quality standards and present a consistent appearance of style. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
