Requirements

• LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse with State specific accreditation or license required
• 3 years+ management experience in assisted living, Alzheimers or Memory Loss care.
• Proven success in management and leadership.
• Needs to be a hands on leader
• Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
• Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives
• Will need to be flexible to travelling across the country.

Responsibilities

• Step in to struggling community and solves problems.
• Complete Med chart audits
• Audit community for compliance
• Compliance expert
• Delegate and fix problems
