The Sales and Agency Engagement Support Specialist is responsible for support of Sales Leaders and our agency force to drive profitable growth and attainment of business goals. This role works with the Agency Engagement team to deliver assistance and resources to our internal and external customers. You will learn the foundation of personal lines insurance, including auto, property, commercial vehicle, and flood with the opportunity to obtain your insurance license. You will learn sales skills enabling you to influence your audience through a deliberate approach to conversations and outcomes. You will be able to develop your creative skills while learning how to build presentation and/or resource materials. This role provides an opportunity to work with multiple groups - Operations, Sales, and the agency force which gives you exposure to a broader scope of experience and knowledge.
