About The Position
OWL Services is seeking a National Fleet Manager to oversee a diverse fleet of approximately 1,500+ vehicles, including service vehicles such as cargo vans, pickups, and class 4-5 trucks, as well as a range of construction equipment. The National Fleet Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve fleet performance, reduce costs, and enhance safety. This role involves managing relationships with leasing companies, fuel providers, maintenance vendors, and other service providers, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The position requires collaboration with various departments, including accounting and HR, to optimize fleet operations and support the company's service-focused mission.
