About The Position

The National Field Training Specialist will be responsible for leading the development, design, and training of the Home Care Point of Care scheduling system. In partnership with leadership and corporate Centers of Excellence, the National Field Training Specialist will also ensure the effective design of training programs, practices, and support the distribution of related materials across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least three years of equivalent education and relevant creative learning and development experience.
  • Experience developing/designing e-learning and blended training programs has worked with subject matter experts during analysis, design, and development to produce quality training materials within established time frames required.
  • Valid driver’s license from state of residence with a satisfactory driving record as defined by Company vehicle policy and/or liability insurance carrier (as applicable per program requirements).
  • Knowledge of quality training materials such as Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and/or equivalent development tools required; Proficient use of Adobe Captivate preferred.
  • Communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Travel up to 25-75%

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates heavily with Operations, Support Center, and Regional Billing Hubs.
  • Applies instructional design and cutting-edge development principles to produce standardized, engaging, as well as innovative learning programs that drive our values-based culture company objectives and compliance.
  • Implements action plans to ensure successful learning and mitigate any performance gaps.
  • Audits the effectiveness of learning programs, company performance objectives, and strategic growth plans.
  • Develops new strategies with leadership to meet training needs, federal and state regulatory standards, and company policies.
  • Manages the Point of Care (POC) system updates and process improvements designed to support overall company performance.
  • Provides on-site as well as virtual guidance, training, and training schedules.
  • Leads recruitment and tracking Point of Care (POC) user groups to oversee line of business implementation such as User Acceptance Training (UAT).
  • Supports any modifications with technical, clinical, and skilled training courses.
  • Maintains current and working knowledge with industry and sector trends and best practices.
