The National Distribution Sales Manager – Sealants will build and maintain a highly effective Independent Sales Rep. team who is focused on achieving regional sales plans which are in line with corporate goals. Will build strategic sales plans and actions to consistently achieve plan. Establish effective relationships and collaborate with other departments to address key business objectives, challenges and opportunities. Manage relationships with other intercompany functions to ensure appropriate resources are available and focused on supporting selling programs and the growth/profitability of the Pro-Sales Group.
