About The Position
CoStar Group is seeking a National Director of US Multifamily Analytics to join our growing analytics organization. The National Director of US Multifamily Analytics will coordinate CoStar's coverage of the multifamily sector across markets, will play a key role as the industry-facing representative of CoStar for the multifamily sector and will be responsible for delivering CoStar's view and outlook of the market. The National Director is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven thought leadership and preparing analysis and commentary focused on the US multifamily sector. The ideal candidate possesses extensive multifamily expertise with the quantitative and qualitative abilities to craft a sophisticated house view of the themes relevant to the sector both nationally and at the regional level. The individual will have specific knowledge of commercial real estate capital markets, asset class performance and factors impacting supply and demand fundamentals.
