Taylor Morrison is seeking a highly respected and experienced professional to lead Multi-Family Constructability and Forensics on a national scale. The National Director of Multi-Family Constructability is responsible for mitigating construction defect risk and providing technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of multi-family projects. This position will lead constructability oversight, forensic review, and field-based quality assurance to ensure projects meet the highest standards of performance, compliance, and durability. The National Director will serve as a subject-matter expert in constructability, design review, and field execution. This role serves as a strategic partner across divisions, collaborating with architects, engineers, legal teams, and project leaders to proactively identify issues, solve complex problems, and enhance execution on active and upcoming Multi-Family projects. This is a remote role based out of California. Ideal candidate will reside in Orange County or Bay Area, near division offices.
