As our National Director of Programmatic Growth, you'll help to provide integrated, CTV-first digital advertising solutions. You will lead the generation of programmatic media volume and revenue across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in programmatic media, including CTV, mobile advertising, and other digital channels, and a consistent record of driving substantial revenue growth through partnerships with agencies, direct advertisers, and other media buyers. This role will leverage Emodo’s programmatic capabilities, including the Emodo Exchange, the Emodo DSP, and any DSPs connected to the Emodo exchange, to increase media volume and revenue.

  • Lead the effort to drive significant programmatic media revenue across multiple sources, including direct relationships with agencies, advertisers, and third-party partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue through Emodo Exchange, Emodo DSP, and third-party DSPs, ensuring growth in both volume and quality of media campaigns.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in agencies, direct advertisers, and other partners to establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Pursue holding companies as well as independent agencies, prioritizing business opportunities, effectively managing the sales pipeline, and following up with leads in a timely fashion.
  • Leverage Emodo PMP inventory and media execution through Emodo and OneMagnify teams or third-party buyers to create high-impact, revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, account management, and technology, to ensure successful execution and optimization of media campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to keep OneMagnify at the forefront of the programmatic advertising landscape.
  • Serve as the voice of the client within the organization, ensuring their needs are met while aligning solutions with their business goals.
  • Continuously monitor and report on sales and revenue performance, ensuring quarterly revenue targets are met and exceeded.
  • Evaluate significant business decisions with leadership, review potential solutions, collaborate and choose the best solutions/course of action.
  • 5-6 years of experience in digital sales, with at least 3+ years in the programmatic and/or CTV advertising space.
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic media, including experience with DSPs, exchanges, PMP inventory, and ad tech.
  • A hunter mentality with a drive to generate new business and meet revenue targets.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, advertisers, and other key stakeholders.
