About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven National Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Reporting to our Senior Vice President and CFO, this role leads financial analysis and operational reporting across all Devereux programs and services and is critical in driving financial stability, operational efficiency, and growth initiatives. You will design and implement financial reporting systems, develop KPIs, and partner with leadership to improve performance and support turnaround plans for underperforming programs. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Care, or Human Services required; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior executive role overseeing finance and/or operations in a multi-state environment. Behavioral health or human services experience preferred.
  • Must be open and willing to travel as needed to any of the Devereux Program, nationally.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Establish financial goals, develop program/service rates, and collaborate with Leadership of Devereux's programs across our 11 state footprint to ensure financial stability.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identify trends, and prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and professional standards, educate leadership on compliance issues, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide technical assistance to senior management, troubleshoot financial systems and processes, and support operational improvements.
  • Prepare pro-forma financial analyses for growth opportunities and assist with integration of new affiliates and services.
