About The Position

The National Consulting Marketing Content Lead - Large Global Firms (Marketing Content Lead) plays a crucial role in supporting content marketing and business development efforts for the Risk Advisory Consulting Practice (RAS-1) and the F1000 Segment. Responsibilities include developing a strategic content plan, collaborating with senior leadership to produce thought leadership pieces (such as articles, white papers, blog posts, social media content, and presentations), and overseeing the editorial calendar. This role also involves conducting research and analysis, assisting with go-to-market initiatives (such as RFPs, solution sheets, case studies, and pitchbooks), and creating content for various platforms, including social media, videos, podcasts, and conferences. Additionally, the Marketing Content Lead tracks market trends, generates unique insights, and manages the end-to-end content development process, coordinating reviews and edits with multiple stakeholders. This individual will work closely with the RAS-1 / F1000 Consulting Marketing Senior Manager, the RAS-1 / F1000 Consulting Marketing Leader, the RAS-1 / F1000 Consulting Graphic Designer, the Financial Services National Industry Marketing Leader (NIML), and other Consulting Marketing Leaders across the F1000 segment. Together, they aim to drive revenue growth through strategic marketing and business development initiatives while strengthening brand recognition through an education-focused approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing communications, proposals or marketing content.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in consulting, professional services or top 50 public accounting firm preferred.
  • Financial services industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content across digital marketing channels to enhance brand visibility, amplify reach, and generate leads.
  • Regularly update and maintain pitchbook materials, ensuring alignment with relevant consulting and industry practices.
  • Oversee the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, crafting content that adheres to brand integrity standards.
  • Lead the planning and execution of deliverables for external alliance partnerships across consulting, assurance, and tax.
  • Conduct regular monthly and annual market research on industry trends, hot topics, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize firm CRM and Opportunity Pipeline dashboards to guide content development for strategic pursuits.
  • Establish consistent benchmarking methods and ROI analysis for practice unit and segment content.
  • Provide research and analytical support for the annual strategic planning process.
  • Participate actively in marketing team meetings-both virtual and in-person.
  • Take on various other marketing duties as assigned.
