Requirements

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors across multiple projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in different locations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects across various U.S. markets
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from pre-construction through completion
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle
  • Track project schedules and coordinate milestones with field teams and subcontractors
  • Solicit and review subcontractor bids in local project markets
  • Coordinate subcontractors and vendors across multiple project locations
  • Review subcontractor scopes of work and contracts
  • Manage project documentation, RFIs, and change orders
  • Coordinate with local contract superintendents or field managers responsible for daily site supervision
  • Monitor job progress through regular communication, reporting, and site updates
  • Support field teams in resolving project issues and maintaining schedules
  • Manage smaller facilities, repair, or improvement projects when needed
  • Coordinate vendors for short-duration or maintenance-related scopes
  • Provide project management support across a variety of project sizes to help maintain operational flexibility
  • Track project budgets and manage project financial performance
  • Review invoices and subcontractor payment applications
  • Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to maintain profitability
  • Provide regular project updates and reporting to clients and internal leadership
  • Ensure client expectations are met across multiple project locations
  • Support client rollout schedules for multi-location projects
