About The Position
The position is responsible for receiving, assessing, and executing requests from NCM representatives. The individual will maintain high-level contact and rapport with the Branch Office and Reps to ensure repeat business. They will coordinate reservations and arrangements for players working with NCM reps and work with the Casino Marketing team to promote Family Style Service for all guests. The role includes maintaining all contracts with reps and ensuring compliance with audit and Regulatory Compliance. The individual will arrange packets for the arrival of NCM guests, meet and welcome incoming groups and individuals, assist with all NCM sales initiatives, and greet VIP guests via RTCM. Additionally, they will be responsible for scheduling transportation for guest arrivals, including UBER when applicable, and assist the Marketing & Promotions team with Special Events such as slot tournaments and VIP events. The position requires responding to and consistently meeting the needs of guests, providing client/customer feedback to enhance service levels and increase revenues, and identifying ways to increase efficiencies or improve products or services. Clear communication of programs/services to necessary personnel is essential, as is being knowledgeable of all happenings on the property and in the market. The individual must comply with and uphold company expectations, including the Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, industry regulations, department goals, and business strategy. They are expected to present themselves as a credit to the Company and encourage others to do the same, while performing all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
