We’re looking for a National Bulk & Aggregate Category Manager to lead the development and execution of a strategic plan for our Bulk & Aggregate category. As the National Bulk & Aggregate Category Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving growth and profitability in this category through strategic initiatives in: Sales & Marketing – Define positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies. Sourcing & Vendor Relations – Identify and build strong partnerships with suppliers for aggregates, mulch, soil, and decorative rock. Logistics & Inventory Management – Ensure competitive landed costs and efficient delivery solutions. Training & Education – Develop and deliver coursework aligned with category objectives. Business Development – Analyze market trends, forecast demand, and create long-term growth strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with field teams, procurement, and marketing to scale the category nationally while maintaining local market responsiveness.
