About The Position
This is a Telesales role responsible for taking and making telephone calls with prospective members to educate them on the benefits of Molina products and conduct enrollment into the product of their choice over the phone or through other sales enrollment channels. The position requires a strong working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid, as well as experience working with senior citizens and low-income individuals. The candidate will need to understand CMS telephone marketing regulations and possess strong telephone sales skills.
