The candidate will need to understand CMS telephone marketing regulations and possess strong telephone sales skills. Responsibilities include conducting presentations, needs analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and setting up in-person meetings for prospective members who prefer not to enroll over the phone. The role also involves meeting or exceeding individual sales goals.
