About The Position

As an On-Premise National Accounts Ambassador for Green House, you will merge creativity, strategy, and a passion for spirits into a career that makes a real impact. This high-impact role involves serving as a brand champion, cocktail expert, and education leader, directly engaging with the National Account team, corporate buyers, trade partners, and key stakeholders to drive brand affinity, grow volume, and elevate our presence in high-profile hospitality chains. You will be responsible for strategic support of RFPs, cocktail and program development, brand education, corporate buyer presentations, market visits, relationship building, cross-functional collaboration, and staying ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality, beverage alcohol, or a related role.
  • Deep understanding of the on-premise channel and national account dynamics.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven experience developing cocktail programs and staying current on mixology trends.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% and work nights and weekends as needed.

  • Cocktail photography skills are a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Genuine passion for spirits, storytelling, and creating memorable brand experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Support of RFPs: Develop a tailored cocktail strategy that aligns with seasonal trends and includes a price breakdown by ingredient.
  • Cocktail & Program Development: Lead the creation of custom cocktail recipes and on-premise activations.
  • Brand Education: Deliver impactful training sessions and educational seminars for buyer teams, bar staff, and distributor partners.
  • Corporate Buyer Presentations: Mix proposed cocktails and present a comprehensive drink strategy to corporate beverage decision-makers.
  • Market Visits & Relationship Building: Travel regularly to priority markets to build relationships and gather field insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand teams, commercial leads, legal, and shopper marketing.
  • Trends & Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform innovation and account solutions.
