About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of retail, CPG, or Account Management/Sales experience.
  • Comprehensive experience working with the Amazon business model.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel functions.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years experience managing an Amazon account.
  • Vendor Central/1P experience strongly preferred.
  • Retail Media/Amazon Ads experience with knowledge of Sponsored Products, Search, and Display Campaigns.
  • Ability to work autonomously and be a strategic thinker.
  • Strong communication skills for negotiation and influence across multiple levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Passion for the Beauty Industry.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering commercial fundamentals with Amazon, including online sales fundamentals and operational excellence.
  • Acting as the key point of contact with Amazon, managing daily requests and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Leading growth, product assortment, and strategic direction to enhance customer experience.
  • Designing and executing annual promotional programs for each brand.
  • Managing budget, funding approval, assortment selection, and post-mortems.
  • Liaising with supply chain and demand planning to secure forecasts in line with channel plans.
  • Communicating gross shipment status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and teams.
  • Leading brand initiative go-to-market plans and ensuring on-time launches.
  • Managing Amazon inventory, forecast, and trade spend, including ROI performance assessment.
  • Implementing Amazon Retail media plans with support from external and internal teams.
  • Analyzing KPIs and recommending improvements to drive consumption and profitability.
  • Executing performance recaps and communicating with key internal stakeholders.
