We are currently looking for a NATCHEM Laboratory Intern, at our Lakeland, Florida office. The 2026 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will run from June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026. Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm Join our P&B Ingredients, Natchem team as an intern and gain invaluable professional experience. Requirements
- Currently working on completion of a bachelor’s degree in biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Science related field.
- Must be available to work full-time on-site beginning on June 1, 2026, to August 14, 2026.
- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts, with the ability to apply them to real-world data.
- Great organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude toward changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct chemical and biological analyses using standard laboratory equipment. (There is the potential you will be working with Soy beans).
- Perform wet chemistry analyses and assist with sample preparation and analysis.
- Organize and label laboratory equipment and files.
- Support upcoming laboratory projects as needed.
