Our Scholar Experience Team (SET), managed by the Chief of Scholar and Family Experience, works regionally to ensure scholars thrive by creating schools where every child feels seen, valued, and connected. SET’s goals include fostering belonging, driving enrollment and retention, and ensuring every family experiences our schools as communities of care and excellence. We are seeking an energized, bilingual Recruitment and Enrollment Manager to join the Scholar Experience Team. This regional role will be radically responsible for generating and converting leads into #1 applications through innovative recruitment strategies and community partnerships. The ideal candidate is a true team player who believes that scholars from marginalized communities deserve access to schools that center belongingness at their core. In addition, the ideal candidate brings a strong sales-minded approach—adamant about sealing the deal—and is skilled at converting interest into committed enrollments through persistence, relationship-building, and strategic follow-up.
