In this position, you will drive on-track performance and success for Ford Performance teams in the NASCAR Truck and Xfinity series. Define and execute the strategic vision by conducting rigorous data analysis and navigating the competitive landscape with a thorough understanding of series regulations and constraints. This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days per week in the office in Concord, NC.
