About The Position

Conversion Quality Control Specialists ensure that accounts are converted correctly by reviewing data entered by Conversion team members. You are responsible to review team notes, account information, banking information, codes linked to the client’s accounting software, and other documents. As you review this information, your accuracy and attention to detail will help prevent costly delays in the conversion process. While resolving issues you will work to find innovative ways to improve processes to help create a better client conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate notes and documentation on specific accounts
  • Identify quality issues
  • Communicate errors to leadership and team members
  • Maintain knowledge of conversion rules and processes
  • Field questions from team members related to quality concerns
  • Assist with uptraining team members as needed
