About The Position

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy/Narrative Lead to join their Global Events team. In this role, you will be responsible for the whole of a flagship creative event. This person will work on content from the intake of the request through to delivery. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external production companies, and customers to deliver high-quality, engaging content that helps to tell a story about our products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience producing high-impact content and leading user-centered experiences with cross-functional teams, delivering on-brand, strategic, and creative solutions.
• Strong understanding of storytelling principles and ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Senior professional with strong confidence leading stakeholder meetings.
• Experience working with tech companies, global brands, and diverse stakeholders.
• Must be able to travel nationally and potentially internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing and communications teams to develop the overarching strategy narrative across all workstreams to elevate the work and drive cohesion, partnering with workstream leads from concept to execution for the entire event.
• Engage regularly with key stakeholders, and manage their participation throughout the production process.
• Oversee the editing, direct messaging, positioning, go-to-market strategy, and strategic planning in various formats for different platforms.
• Provide on-site support during filming, ensuring seamless integration of content into the key program.
• Lead the content development process from concept development to final delivery, including conceptualization, delivery, and oversight.
• Source, select, and manage external production companies, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, budget, and timelines.
