About The Position

Dream Nannies is seeking a warm, experienced, and professional full-time Spanish-speaking nanny for a wonderful family in Miami, Florida. The primary responsibility will be caring for their newborn baby girl who was born in February. The family is looking for a nurturing caregiver who truly enjoys the newborn stage and can provide attentive, developmentally supportive care while maintaining a calm and loving environment. Responsibilities include full newborn care such as feeding, diapering, soothing, maintaining nap schedules, engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities, and handling light baby-related housekeeping including bottles, laundry, and keeping the nursery tidy. The family also has a 20-month-old daughter who will be present occasionally, so experience confidently caring for two children under two years old is highly valued. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, have strong newborn experience, and feel comfortable managing both children when needed. The family is seeking someone reliable, proactive, organized, and professional who values discretion and long-term commitment. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred or willingness to update is required. The position offers $30 per hour with 40 hours per week guaranteed and is available for an immediate start.
