Nanny for a Family in Kennesaw
About The Position
We are seeking a temporary live-out nanny for a family in Kennesaw to care for their 15-month-old daughter, from Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m., mid-January through mid-July (6-month commitment). Their daughter is an active, social toddler who enjoys music, dancing, walks, swimming, gymnastics, and engaging sensory or visual activities; she takes one nap from 11:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. The ideal nanny is calm, organized, mature, flexible, and schedule-oriented, with a “go-with-the-flow” personality that complements the family’s dynamic. Mom works from home and may step in during nap time but will rely on the nanny for daughter's laundry, bottles, light housekeeping, tidying and organizing daughter's room, maintaining inventory (diapers, snacks, etc.), unloading the dishwasher, and keeping common areas tidy. The family values proactive communication, gentle discipline through redirection, and someone who can offer helpful developmental tips without being overly talkative. Occasional travel, including potential international travel (Spain or Dublin), may be requested, so a passport is a plus. The nanny should be punctual, structured, and enthusiastic about supporting her daughter's learning, play, and daily routine while being flexible around Dad’s variable schedule. Schedule Monday - Friday 9 AM to 3:30 PM or 9 AM to 4 PM.
