Mid-February Start Full Time Long Term Nanny for 2 Children in U-City
About The Position
Wonderful family located in U-City is searching for a long-term full-time nanny for their two children, ages 3 months and 1.5 years.. Experience with infants and toddlers is a must. Family values a nanny who is dependable and attentive to the children. Strong judgement, patience and the ability to maintain consistent routines are important to them. They appreciate clear communication as well as an emphasis on safety. Professionalism and reliability are essential. Family would ideally love to find someone they can build a relationship with who is looking for placement for approximately 2 years. Light housekeeping and help with laundry may be additional tasks that would be compensated for. Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:00am-5:00pm. Wednesdays and Fridays 9:00am - 3:00pm, but could possibly run until 5:00pm depending on one parent working from home those two days. About the Role: Direct Care - Age appropriate games and playing, feedings and naps, diaper changes Safety - Ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care Meal Prep - Light meals and snacks for children; bottle feeding Light Clean-up - Restore the kitchen and play areas after food and fun (with age-appropriate assistance from the kids) Possibly light household tasks and laundry to be added to daily routine Depth - Get to know a family and develop a relationship with the kids and parents over time; family would love to find a long term placement for 2 years
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have a valid drivers license with regular access to a vehicle and ability to transport children in said vehicle as needed.
- Must consent to a background screening.
- Must have experience caring for Infants & Toddlers
