Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional nanny experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Valid CPR & First Aid certification
• Minimum age: 21 years
• Non-smoker
• Ability to pass an extensive background check in
• TrustLine certification or willing to obtain upon hire (required for all placements in California)
• Three immediate professional childcare references
• Comfortable supporting travel, structured routines, and family-centered activities
• Committed to a long-term placement, providing stability and consistency for the children
• Flexible living arrangement: open to either live-out (local candidates) or live-in

Responsibilities

• Lead care and support for all children
• Support morning school routines, breakfast, and preparation for the day
• Afternoon care, including after-school routines, homework support, and enrichment activities
• Maintain household clarity and organization, assisting with structure and schedules
• Assist with transportation (family vehicle or own vehicle), occasional outings, and sports-related activities
• Travel with the family when needed (private flight opportunities possible)
• Collaborate with a second nanny to provide seamless care
