About The Position

As the North America (NAMR) Operations Senior Manager, you will partner closely with NAMR Operations functional and local leaders to design and deliver high-priority transformation initiatives across the NAMR Administrative Services function, while also supporting strategic change efforts within Office Experience, Vendor Management, and Travel. Additionally, this role leads critical run-the-business communications and change efforts across NAMR Operations, ensuring operational continuity, leadership alignment, and disciplined execution. This includes supporting day-to-day priorities and leading high-impact engagements with broad and executive-level audiences. You will define and structure complex initiatives, translate strategy into clear execution roadmaps, and ensure measurable impact across people, processes, and technology. A critical element of success will be landing people-centric change—aligning stakeholders, shaping compelling narratives, and driving execution from insight to implementation. You will play a key role in advancing high-impact initiatives such as technology implementations, operating modeling enhancements, service delivery evolution, and new ways of working—ensuring strong governance, adoption, and value realization.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of progressively responsible work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced professional degree strongly preferred
  • Deep change management expertise with ability to align stakeholders and embed lasting behavioral and process change
  • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills with strong senior-level influence
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to see the big picture, connect initiatives to broader business priorities, and define clear outcomes that drive meaningful impact
  • Disciplined project and program management with experience structuring complex initiatives into clear roadmaps
  • Strong track record of successfully leading complex change initiatives with a clear focus on people, adoption, and measurable impact
  • Proactive, innovative problem solver who delivers scalable operational improvements

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end change strategies for high-priority NAMR Operations initiatives, including impact assessments, stakeholder alignment, adoption planning, and sustainability design.
  • Translate strategic objectives into structured transformation roadmaps with clear milestones, risk mitigation plans, and measurable success metrics.
  • Drive both the technical and behavioral components of change to ensure initiatives are fully embedded and deliver sustained operational impact.
  • Own day-to-day management of complex, cross-functional initiatives from scoping through stabilization, ensuring disciplined execution and predictable delivery.
  • Establish clear governance structures, define scope and success criteria, manage interdependencies, and proactively mitigate risks and issues.
  • Provide structured executive updates and performance tracking that clearly articulate progress, trade-offs, and value realization.
  • Own and evolve the NAMR Operations communication rhythm and governance model—including leadership updates, townhalls, and engagement forums—ensuring consistent messaging and strong alignment across leaders and stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling, executive-level narratives that articulate the purpose, strategic context, measurable impact, and business outcomes of transformation initiatives.
  • Design and execute structured communication and stakeholder engagement strategies that translate complex operational, organizational, or technical changes into clear, actionable messaging that drives understanding, trust, and sustained adoption.

Benefits

  • Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
  • The base salary range for this role begins at $123,000 in our lowest cost geography and goes up to $163,000 in our highest cost geography.
  • In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 20% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
