TrendMicro.com Position Summary: The Named Account Manager (NAM) will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with key partners: Worldwide Technologies, GuidePoint Security, and Dell . This role requires a consultative sales approach, deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, and the ability to drive joint business plans that deliver mutual growth and customer success.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in enterprise sales or channel account management within the cybersecurity or IT industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, partner ecosystems, and enterprise IT environments.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build strategic relationships and influence decision-makers Strong busines acumen and analytical skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

  • Account Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for Worldwide Technologies, GuidePoint Security, and Dell, ensuring alignment with Trend Micro’s strategic objectives.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute account plans to expand Trend Micro’s footprint within these organizations and their customer base.
  • Partner Enablement: Collaborate with partner teams to deliver training, marketing support, and technical resources to drive adoption of Trend Micro solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through joint selling motions and proactive engagement.
  • Executive Engagement: Foster relationships with senior stakeholders at partner organizations to influence strategic initiatives and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Trend Micro’s channel, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of programs and campaigns.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve revenue targets, partner satisfaction scores, and growth objectives as defined by the regional sales strategy.
