About The Position

This role is critical in nurturing and developing key strategic relationships within some of the world's most sophisticated engineering organizations. As part of a globally distributed team, you will partner with clients who are making transformative changes in their industries through software. Your focus will be on expanding existing accounts rather than acquiring new ones, creating opportunities for significant revenue growth while advancing your professional skills and expertise in account management.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, especially in account management and renewals.
  • Proven success in retaining and growing enterprise accounts.
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with executives (VP+).
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve customer success.
  • Strategic thinking and robust account planning skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own a book of named accounts while focusing on strategic account growth.
  • Establish executive-level relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct cross-functional account strategy sessions to align on goals.
  • Drive measurable expansion revenue through effective relationship management.
