About The Position
The Human Resources Summer Associate position at Citi is a 10-week internship designed for MBA or Master's degree students, providing them with hands-on experience in various HR functions. The program aims to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in a career in Human Resources, while also offering networking opportunities and mentorship from senior HR professionals. Summer Associates will work closely with different business groups within Citi, gaining exposure to key HR areas such as Learning and Culture, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, and Talent Management.
