About The Position

The Triage RN position at IntellaTriage is a part-time role focused on providing remote nursing care through a Nurse Advice Line. Nurses will work from home, assisting patients and their families with medical inquiries while ensuring adherence to client protocols. The role requires a Compact RN license and experience in fast-paced nursing environments. Nurses will be expected to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and will receive training to prepare for their responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact Nursing License.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience in a fast-paced environment such as ED, Surgical Services, or Critical Care.
• Comfortable with technology and accessing multiple applications remotely.
• Ability to type efficiently during calls.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Must reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work for any employer.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in telehealth or remote nursing roles.
• Additional language proficiency beyond English.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote nursing care through a Nurse Advice Line.
• Assist patients and families with medical inquiries and triage calls.
• Maintain adherence to client protocols during patient interactions.
• Document calls and patient interactions accurately using technology.
• Work a minimum of 1 shift per weekday and 2 out of every 3 weekends.
• Participate in a 3-week training and orientation program.
