About The Position

A Nail Technician must exude the following qualities: excellent communication and guest service skills, confident technical provider, time management awareness, exceptional team player, organizational skills and tidiness. A Nail Technician is responsible for delivery of exceptional nail treatments. Must have great communication skills and exceptional guest service skills. New hires will participate in an immersive training module to understand the many modalities that Miraval offers.

Requirements

• Have completed 400 hours of instruction in manicuring through a commission-approved training program.
• Hold current California Nail Tech License or Cosmetology license issued by the State of California
• Important to have excellent organizational skills
• Effective time management, problem solving, and communication skills are essential
• Open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays is required
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on guest satisfaction in a luxury spa environment
• Capable of dealing with stressful situations calmly and professionally
• All Candidates must be in possession of identification proving authorization to work in the United States.
