Position Highlights: Independent Contractor Role – low-cost rent-based arrangement Operate from a fully equipped, ready-to-use salon space Opportunity to sublet for additional beauty services (e.g., esthetician) Inherit an established resident clientele Ability to bring in new clients and continue serving existing ones Set your own hours and prices — flexible scheduling Non-benefit eligible position Services Required: Manicures/Pedicures and all other basic nail services IND400
