About The Position

The Nail Technician delivers high-quality nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments, ensuring a personalized and relaxing experience for every guest. This role directly contributes to guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of the spa. This part-time position will be Friday through Monday from 9am tom 5pm. HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE Assess guest needs, review contraindications, and evaluate skin, hair, or nails to ensure appropriateness of scheduled services. Advise guests on proper nail and skin care and recommend home care regimens. Promote and sell spa/salon retail products. Answer guest questions regarding property amenities and services. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms and check in regularly to ensure comfort. Prepare and maintain workstations, tools, and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation. Dispose of trash and dirty linens properly and secure supplies at the end of each shift. Adhere to scheduled appointment times throughout the day. Maintain current state licensure and comply with all safety protocols. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
Expertise in nail care treatments and procedures.
Ability to manage time effectively and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Professional, polished, and detail-oriented with a guest-focused approach.
Knowledge of retail products and ability to promote spa services.
Commitment to safety, hygiene, and adherence to licensure requirements.
Minimum one two of experience in a salon or spa environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Required state license for Nail Technician.
Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment.
