Requirements

Being passionate about people and service.
Strong communication skills are essential when interacting with guests and employees.
Reading and writing abilities are used often when completing paperwork, logging issues/complaints/requests/ information updates, etc.
Basic math skills are used frequently when handling cash or credit.
Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, and training abilities are often used.
Have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

Cleaning and shaping clients’ nails with chemicals and sanitized nail tools.
Removing existing acrylic nail residue and previously applied nail polish from fingernails and toenails
Consulting with clients on nail polish color preferences, nail art preferences and desired nail length and shape
Sterilizing nail tools and equipment prior to use and after each nail painting session
Massaging clients’ feet, arms, and hands
Any other function that the Spa Manager requests.
Assist other housekeeping associates in maintaining clean and organized work and public areas.
