Nail Technician
About The Position
We are seeking a licensed Nail Technician at Nouveau Day Spa in Kennewick to provide professional nail services in a full-service spa/salon environment. This is a full-time/part-time commission-based position for a reliable, client-focused professional. This position is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Compensation is based on a commission structure in accordance with the Company’s commission plan. Employees are eligible for overtime pay as required by applicable federal and state law. Total compensation will meet or exceed all applicable minimum wage requirements for each pay period, in accordance with federal and Washington State law. All hours worked must be accurately recorded in accordance with Company policy and applicable law.
Requirements
- Current Washington State Nail Technician or cosmetology license (required)
- Ability to perform professional nail services including manicures and pedicures (additional services a plus)
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety standards per Washington State regulations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Reliable availability for a full-time/part-time schedule
