About The Position
As a Nail Technician at Gavin Scott Salon & Spa, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional nail care services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include performing manicures and pedicures, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly sterilized and disinfected, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. You will be expected to sanitize your station and pedicure bowls between clients to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as you will be building and nurturing relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals. Additionally, experience with GelX extensions and nail art is a plus, as these services can enhance the overall client experience and satisfaction. This position offers a commission-based pay structure, allowing you to earn a competitive income based on your performance and client retention.
