About The Position

The ideal nail technician is personable, meticulous and committed to providing our clients a soothing spa experience. A day in the life includes greeting clients and providing a thorough consultation of individual needs, providing professional nail services, including, but not limited to, manicures and pedicures, suggesting retail products to clients, and building lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on services, suggest new products and services, and invite them to upcoming events.

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of comprehensive professional nail techniques required; previous salon/spa experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission environment
• Proof of all required licensing by the state

Responsibilities
