This is a full-time position based at our Pasadena, CA campus. WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL? As our Nail Technician Instructor, you'll guide students through hands-on lessons in manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, nail design, nail care, theory, and professional development while bringing the Paul Mitchell culture to life each day. You'll support Future Professionals in the Clinic Classroom, coach them on technical skills and salon success, from consultations to retailing, and model the professionalism and positivity they'll carry into their careers. IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU? Current California Manicurist license 3+ years full-time experience as a Nail Technician Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills Strong supervision, teamwork, documentation, and ROI skills Solid work history with verifiable references Passion for the beauty and barbering industries Honesty and professionalism Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred. Requirements
