About The Position

Provides each guest with excellent customer service while performing professional nail treatments. Must be able to sell retail products that best fits the guests needs.

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience.
• Prior nail treatment experience.
• Must hold license from Virginia State Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling.
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business

Nice To Haves

• Prior Hotel/Casino Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of individualized nail services and treatments, including hand and foot massage, manicure, pedicure, nail care and polish application
• Maintain up to date knowledge of nail care, maintenance and products
• Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, helpful and professional attitude with all guests and team members
• Communicate and describe salon offerings, including pricing, and their benefits
• Recommend and up-sell services and products that fit the guests’ needs
• Demonstrate respect, sensitivity and concern for guests’ needs in a professional manner
• Responsible for ensuring work area is clean and ready for each client prior to their arrival, and for proper sanitation and restocking after each use according to departmental policy
• Maintain clean, organized work area whit adequate supplies and attractively displayed retail products
• Perform other duties as assigned
