About The Position
The Nail Technician at Life Time is responsible for providing a variety of manicure, pedicure, and nail services that enhance the overall well-being of guests and elevate their experience at the club. This role is integral to the LifeSpa and Salon team, which is dedicated to delivering superior service in a professional and welcoming atmosphere. The Nail Technician will work closely with clients to understand their individual needs and preferences, ensuring that each service is tailored to meet their expectations. This position not only focuses on the technical aspects of nail care but also emphasizes the importance of client education regarding LifeSpa and Salon products and services. In addition to performing nail services, the Nail Technician will engage in discussions with clients to determine their specific needs, providing personalized recommendations and options. The role includes promoting and selling nail products and services, encouraging repeat business, and maintaining a current understanding of industry trends and certifications.
